Here’s a Haute spin on an old classic using our signature Red Chili Lime Sauce. Enjoy!
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ cup Red Chili Lime sauce
1 pound Velveta Cheese, cut into cubes
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, for garnish
Tortillia chips, for serving
In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine oil, jalapeno, and garlic, sauté until jalapeno is soft, about 3 minutes. Add the Red Chili Lime Sauce and stir until warm. Add the cheese and stir frequently until melted.
Garnish with cilantro and serve warm with tortillia chips for dipping.
