This is our newest sauce. We worked with local New Mexico chili experts Los Roast using their Red Roasted Hatch Chilies. We take their roasted peppers and blend them with White Balsamic Vinegar and toasted seeds and spices (including coriander, sesame seeds, cumin). We finish it with garlic, lime juice, and some Jacobsen Sea salt. It has a wonderful velvety texture a medium/hot heat and makes the most perfect complex hot wings. This is a limited edition sauce we will make in the Winter only.
