We make this sauce every season. It is based on a recipe in the paged of my book Preservation Pantry. There is one week in which Groundwork spring onions, organic strawberries and red rhubarb are all perfectly ripe. We spice things up with ghost peppers and warming spices (coriander, cumin, fenugreek). We hope you will love this as much as we do. This is a limited run.
