Chilled Sesame Noodles

We love to make Chilled sesame salads when the weather gets warm. If you don't have our newest sauce, you can sub in 2 tablespoons of another sauce, we like to use our Habanero Carrot Curry or Serrano Ginger Lemongrass.

Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package of pasta (angel hair, capellini, spagetti...)
1/4 cup soy sauce or liquid refrigerate
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons Birdseye Charred Chive Dulse Marshall's Haute Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
1 green onion, chopped
1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or orange), sliced into ribbons
1 carrot, sliced into thin matchsticks

Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to the package. In a large bowl combine the soy, sesame oil and haute sauce. Add the sesame seeds, green onion, and bell pepper. When the pasta ready, strain the noodles and add to the bowl. Using tongs, toss to coat the noodles. You can serve warm, but it is even better chilled. Simply cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
