Gin Roasted Pepper Fajitas



2 tablespoons olive oil

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
¼ teaspoon Mexican oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium onion. thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Gin Roasted Pepper Marshall’s Haute Sauce

4 flour or corn tortillas

¼ cup crumbled queso fresco cheese
Optional: cilantro and radish garnish


In a medium skillet, over medium high heat, add olive oil. Once olive
oil is smoking, add chicken. Sprinkle with oregano and salt, and sauté
until chicken turns white, about 5 minutes. Add peppers and onions,
and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes. Add Gin Roasted Pepper hot
sauce and cook for 2 minutes, until combined. Serve with warm
tortillas, crumbled cheese, cilantro, and radishes.
