Savory Grape Focaccia


Grape Season In Oregon, Groundwork Organic Farm At Portland Farmer's Market

The grapes have arrived at the Portland Farmers Market. Many of our local farms sell unique varieties of seedless grapes for snacking and cooking. I love seeing the farm stands overflowing with these glistening delights.



1 pound pizza dough

4 tablespoons Red Chili Lime hot sauce

1/4 cup grapes, cut in half

1/2 lemon, very thinly sliced

15 fresh rosemary leaves

Kosher Salt



1. Take the dough out and let it come to room temperature for about 1 hour.

2. Preheat the oven to 500° F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

3. Cut the dough into 4 equal parts, with floured hands, and shape into a triangle.

4. Top with Red Chili Lime sauce, grapes, lemon, rosemary, and a sprinkle of salt.

5. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom.
