Spicy Queso Dip
Here’s a Haute spin on an old classic using our signature Red Chili Lime Sauce. Enjoy!
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3/4 cup Red Chili Lime sauce
- 1 pound Velveta Cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Tortilla chips, for serving
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine oil, jalapeño, and garlic, sauté until jalapeño is soft, about 3 minutes.
- Add the Red Chili Lime Sauce and stir until warm.
- Add the cheese and stir frequently until melted.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
