Spicy Queso Dip

Here’s a Haute spin on an old classic using our signature Red Chili Lime Sauce. Enjoy!


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup Red Chili Lime sauce
  • 1 pound Velveta Cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, for serving



  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine oil, jalapeño, and garlic, sauté until jalapeño is soft, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the Red Chili Lime Sauce and stir until warm.
  3. Add the cheese and stir frequently until melted.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
