This is our hottest sauce. We sourced fresh scorpion peppers from Abbey Road Farm in Oregon wine country. We caramalize onions for over 3 hours to give a nice sweetness and to help tame the heat of the ghost and scorpion peppers. It is spicy, but also has lots of flavor. We only make one batch a year, and this is the first time we have posted it online.

THE best hotsauce

I genuinely cannot recommend this enough. it's the best hot sauce I've ever had. I've tried dozens, likely over a hundred different ones over the years and none have captured me so completely.

I eat it too much, I might be addicted. I can't stop eating. don't send help. <3

On my second bottle of this amazing sauce. Bought mine in Seaside, Oregon on a family Vacay. I add it to my wife's mac'n cheese it is so tasty!!!!!!
