To extract every last bit of basil’s powerful aroma, we steep it in white balsamic vinegar, then take that vinegar and reduce it to a densely herbaceous elixir. Leeks add sweet silkiness, while the slightly fruity Thai bird's eye chili and jalapeños add layer upon layer of chili fire to this versatile sauce. Perfect on eggs, in a Bloody Mary or Orzo Salad WIth Strawberry Basil Dressing.
