This is a special collaboration between Marshall’s Haute Sauce and Baird Family Orchard. In the peak of summer we got loads of Sweet Sue peaches and paired them with roasted red bell peppers, Thai peppers, and sweet onions. It is tangy and spicy with a silky texture. We make this sauce every year to celebrate peach season and our farm friend from the Portland Farmer's Market.
The Spicy Peach BBQ sauce is superb. It has really great flavors but it is not very spicy by any means. I would add the Smoked Whisky Ghost sauce to it but the flavors are so great I would hate to lose that. I will be a repeat customer.
