This is a special collaboration between Marshall’s Haute Sauce and Baird Family Orchard. In the peak of summer we got loads of Sweet Sue peaches and paired them with roasted red bell peppers, Thai peppers, and sweet onions. It is tangy and spicy with a silky texture. We plan to make it yearly, but these are the last few bottles on hand.
