We originally created this Bloody Mary mix at the request of restaurant owner, Aaron Barnet of St .Jack and Le Moule. We bring it back this year to celebrate our connection to our community, and this time and place. We wait until local organic heirloom tomatoes are at their peak. We make a special Montreal Steak seasoning, based on Aaron's favorite spices, and add our hatch sesame balsamic sauce and porcini mushroom powder to give it a hit of umami.
This is very limited. It is perfect for making Bloody Mary's, Bloody Beers, or drinking on its own.
