Description
This is our hottest sauce. We sourced fresh scorpion peppers from Abbey Road Farm in Oregon wine country. We caramalize onions for over 3 hours to give a nice sweetness and to help tame the heat of the ghost and scorpion peppers. It is spicy, but also has lots of flavor. We only make one batch a year, and this is the first time we have posted it online.
