One of our more recent hot sauce creations, this garlicky, roasty sauce came into being thanks to a collaboration with our fellow chili-lovers at Los Roast. We blend their fabulous red roasted hatch chilies with white balsamic vinegar, garlic, fresh lime juice and toasted spices like coriander, sesame seeds, cumin to make a deeply savory, flavorful hot sauce. It’s hot but not intensely spicy, and has a wonderful velvety texture and we especially love to slather it on hot wings or make our most popular recipe Hatch Roasted Chickpeas with Sweet Potatoes And Broccoli.
