Smoked Habanero Barbeque Sauce
We won’t beat around the bush—this sauce won first place in The Scovie Awards, and we’re really proud of it! Created by deconstructing traditional “big name” barbecue sauces, cherry-picking our favorite flavors and then eliminating common allergens (gluten, anchovies, Worcestershire, corn starch). We replicated and replaced them respectively with a carefully-chosen array of spices and locally-grown vegetables. Smoky, a bit spicy, with a lovely warmth from cinnamon and clove, this sauce is accessible to all BBQ fans while standing in a category all its own. From burgers to ribs to grilled chicken, use it anywhere you’d use your favorite barbecue sauce!
