Marshall’s Haute Sauce is a farmers market focused, food preservation, family business, crafting sauces and products by hand, in small batches. We are dedicated to supporting small farms in Oregon and Washington. Our mission is to encourage a socially conscious community by encouraging farming, cooking, food preservation, and food waste prevention. We focus on creating a healthy community by connecting to our customers, farmers, and employees and working together to support our local economy.
