Aji Apricot Olive Leaf

Sarah is working on some special sauces that heal our brains and our bodies, but of course can't make any non-research backed claims.

This is our newest limited edition sauce. It is a wild ride of heat and flavor! We wanted to help tell the story of Oregon agriculture and all this lovely state is capable of. We harvested olive leaves & bay leaves that we grew right here on our property. The olive trees came from our friends at Durant. We make a special vinegar with the dried leaves. Olive leaves are said to protect our bodies from beasties like weight gain, high cholesterol, & diabetes. Although we can't claim to cure those things, we put our intentions into it.

This sauce also highlights Oregon apricots and Aji Amarillio Peppers grown by our friends at Westwind Organic Gardens. We grew some very spicy Reaper peppers that give this sauce a huge hit of heat, don't worry the flavor is still there.
